On January 24th a repair contract was signed with Solomon Musyimi. The work was performed on January 28th. Additional work was performed for leak areas that needed to be confirmed (specified in the contract). After multiple conversations with Mr. Musyimi we came to a verbal agreement about a payment plan to have the remaining balance to be paid off in stages and to be fully paid by the end of May. When payment timelines were not met I informed Mr. Musyimi that he would need to pay off the full balance by the agreed upon date or obtain financing to do so. If he could not do that I would need to take additional action. The payment timelines were not met, responses to outreach have not been returned, and I see no intention that the full payment will be made by the end of May.
