Real Facts

We had performed some work for this customer, Mary, and upon the day of the work informed the customer 2 times that she needed to backfill some areas and seal off some areas so erosion could not continue to cause issues. The was also told prior to the work so was informed 3 times. Almost a year and a half later she contacts us for warranty work - we perform an inspection and see none of the items she was verbal told and the contract/warranty requires were done. She insists that we should still warranty it and try to blame us and other reasons of why she is having issues instead of her inaction. Once we gather more photos and documents and emails that she has taken no action we inform her the warranty is voided. She then proceeds to leave multiple 1 star reviews, bbb complaint and said she contacted the attorney general. In her reviews she lies saying she provided proof she had fix the items though not all at once due to budget however she acknowledged in prior emails she had not done anything. Again we also have photos of it not completed. So she is blatantly lying to try to bash our reputation to get her way and threat action. This customer is trying to take advantage by any means necessary and recommend to not do any work for her.
